Anna Laura Porter Leffingwell, 71, of Follansbee formerly of Huntington and Chapmanville, WV died Sunday, March 19, 2006 at Trinity West. She was born October 19, 1934 in Logan, WV a daughter of the late George and Agnes Adkins Porter. She was a member of Chapmanville Church of Christ and retired from Pilgrim Glass in Ceredo, WV. Preceding her in death were a brother Robert Porter; grandson John Simons and ex-husband James Leffingwell. Anna is survived by three children Michael Gail (Nancy) Leffingwell of Pomeroy, Ohio, Christine (James) Simons of Florida and Laurarita Leffingwell and her fiance Richard P. Franckhauser of Steubenville; nine grandchildren Anna, Alisha, Bryan, Ashley, Caleb, Daniel, Daniel W., Shawn W., and Leah W.; five great grandchildren; brother Gail (Janet) Porter of Chapmanville; sister Jewell (James) Terry of Tarlton, Ohio; cousins, nieces and nephews.
