Anne H. Visnick, 91, of Steubenville, Ohio died Sunday, September 25, 2005 at Valley Hospice Palliative Care. She was born October 5, 1913 in Weirton, West Virginia a daughter of the late Steve and Mary Ceresne Hopak. Anne was a member of Holy Resurrection Serbian Eastern Orthodox Church and Sveta Petka Kolo. She was a 1931 graduate of Steubenville Business College and retired as a supervisor from Ohio Bureau of Employment Services. Preceding Anne in death were her husband Eli K. Visnick, whom she married on June 12, 1937 and he died in 1980; infant daughter Barbara; daughter Elaine Miller in 1996; brother Steve Hopak and sister Mary Lokes. Anne is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Joanne Limbach and Dr. James Houglan of New Philadelphia, Ohio; and four nieces Madeline Rodo of California, Barbara (John) Kendal of Colorado, Becky (Richard) Neil of Maryland and Bonita “Bunny” (Richard) Lucci of Steubenville. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Tuesday 2-4 & 6-8 p.m. where services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday with Very Rev. Rade Merick officiating.
