Charles L. Babb, 58, of Steubenville, Ohio died Thursday at Trinity West ER. He was born in Steubenville on May 2, 1947 a son of the late George L. and Pearl L. Koher Babb. A member of Grace Lutheran Church, Charles was preceded in death by one brother George Babb. He is survived by cousins Grace, Charmaine and Lazaun Jobe; and Adena, Sidney and Taylor Huang all of Steubenville; and Tre Anthony Huang of NY, NY. Friends may call at Grace Lutheran Church on Monday from 2 p.m. until time of services at 3 p.m. with Rev. Bethel Bateson officiating. Private Burial.
