Dessie E. Pierce                                  Date of Death: March 30, 2003

Dessie E. Pierce 93 of Wintersville, Ohio died Sunday at Trinity West. She was born in Richey County, WV on September 29, 1909 a daughter of the late John and Martha Forrester Reynolds. She attended Wintersville Community Chapel and was preceded in death by her husband William W. Pierce in 1968; seven sisters and one brother. Dessie is survived by her son John W. “Jack” (wife Florette) Pierce of Wintersville; grandson William E. Pierce of Wintersville and granddaughter Wendi (husband John) Crabtree of Columbus, Ohio. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday with Rev. Delbert Lash officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates. Donations may be made to Salvation Army
