Dora M. Lucci                                    Date of Death: September 17, 2006

Dora M. Lucci, 85, of Steubenville, Ohio passed away on her birthday, Sunday September 17, 2006, at Palliative Care surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Steubenville a daughter of the late Rocco and Cecida Petrella Cavallaro. Dora was a member of St. Anthony Catholic Church and a retired nurses aide from the former St. John Medical Center. Preceding Dora in death was her sister Jessie (late Peter) DeSantis. Dora was a devoted wife, mother, sister and grandmother. She is survived by her husband Rinaldo Joseph Lucci; children Richard (Bunny) Lucci, Ronald Lucci, & Carol (Dana) Joyce all of Steubenville; six grandchildren Michael (Emily) Lucci, David Lucci, Angela Lucci, Brian, Jeffrey & Amy Joyce; and sister Connie (late Steve) Hanuscin also of Steubenville. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home in Wintersville on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass 9:30 a.m. Thursday at St. Anthony Church with Rev. Edmondo Stabene officiating. Entombment at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Vigil service 3:45 p.m. Wednesday Memorials may be directed to Valley Hospice, Inc. -OR- Catholic Central High School Renaissance Fund.
