E. Ruth Elliott 91 of Steubenville, Ohio died Monday, July 28, 2003 at Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh, PA. She was born in Portsmouth, Ohio on August 10, 1911 a daughter of the late Lewis O. and Bertha I. Moore Kennedy. She was a member of Wintersville U.M. Church; Order of Eastern Star LaBelle Chapter 414; A.A.R.P. 1854; Greater Weirton Senior Citizens Club and Thea Court #5 L.O.S.N.A. Ruth was preceded in death by her husband Harold M. Elliott on November 20, 1980; six brothers and two sisters. Surviving are one daughter Donna Elliott Hagerty of Steubenville; granddaughter Laura Elliott Hagerty of Grove City, Ohio; nine nieces and three nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. where services will be held at 10 a.m. Friday with Rev. Clint Quillen officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben Burial Estates. Eastern Star Chapter 414 services 7:30 p.m. Thursday
