Ethel E. Frantz 71 of Bloomingdale, Ohio died Saturday, June 14, 2003 at Trinity East, Steubenville, Ohio. She was born in Morgantown, WV on November 5, 1931 a daughter of the late George and Ethel Mills Pugh. Ethel was a member of The Renegades Quilting Club, Wintersville and Panhandle Piecemakers, New Cumberland, WV. She was a retired physical therapy technichan at Ohio Valley Hospital. Surviving are her husband Charles Frantz; one son Larry (Paula) McDougle of Mingo Junction, Ohio; and two grandchildren Fred (Amy) McDougle and Eva McDougle. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, Ohio on Monday from 6 p.m. until time of services at 8 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Salvation Army.
