She was born in Steubenville, OH on July 12, 1956 a daughter of the late Thomas McNeil and Mary Moffatt McNeil Cowher. She is survived by brothers Tom (Frieda) McNeil of Bloomingdale, OH, Jim (Sharon) McNeil of Seminole, FL, step-father William Cowher of Wintersville, OH. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Wednesday 2-4 and 7-9 P.M., where services will be held on Thursday at 10:00 A.M. with Msgr Gerald Calovini officiating.
