Martha A. Fornwalt                            Date of Death: December 7, 2001

Martha A. Fornwalt 89 of Steubenville, OH died Friday, December 7, 2001 at The Carriage Inn, Steubenville. She was born in Steubenville, OH on November 12, 1912 the daughter of the late Julius and Ella Yaussey Crinkey. She was also preceded in death by her husband John C. Fornwalt and a brother Lawrence Crinkey. She retired from Ohio Power Company as a Home Economist and was a member of Wintersville Church of Christ. Surviving are two sons Gerald “Jerry” Fornwalt, Sr. and his wife Virginia of Weirton, WV and Huber “Herb” Fornwalt and his wife Florence of Massillon, OH; four grandsons Gerald ( Lori) Fornwalt, Jr. of Weirton, WV, Todd S. (Shellie) Fornwat of Weirton, WV, Jeffrey L. Fornwalt of Weirton, WV, and Douglas A. Fornwalt of Euless, TX; and one granddaughter Carolyn Hamilton and her husband Carl of Simpsonville, SC. Eight Great Grandchildren: Alicia, Courtney, Kyle, Carter, Claudia and Cole Fornwalt and Mary Hannah and David Hamilton. Friends may call at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 2502 Sunset Blvd., STEUBENVILLE, OH on Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m., and on Tuesday from 10 a.m. until the time of funeral services at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Minister Steve Alexander officiating.
