Mary E. “Elizabeth” Richardson 73 of Steubenville, OH died Friday, October 24, 2003 at Trinity West ER. She was born in Dillonvale, OH on September 21, 1930 a daughter of the late John Sr. and Charlotta Burrier Wood. Preceded in death by her husband Leslie L. “Bud” Richardson on July 28, 2002 (married on June 18, 1950), and a sister, Betty Wood. Elizabeth was a homemaker and member of Zion United Church of Christ, Steubenville. Surviving are her sons Darrell and his wife Pam, Brian and his wife Tami, both of Steubenville and Jimmy and his wife Pam of Richmond, OH., brother John Wood Jr. and his wife Sarah of Wintersville, and sisters Dottie Foster and her husband Robert of Uniontown, PA., Ethel Mey of Wheeling, WV., and eight grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Friends may call at the Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville on Sunday from 2-4 and 7-9, where funeral services will be held on Monday at 10 a.m. Rev. Thomas Bullard to officiate. Burial at Union Cemetery, Steubenville.
