Michael Don Weber 67 of Mingo Junction, Ohio died Sunday, December 23, 2001 at 8:33 p.m. in the ER at Trinity West, Steubenville, Ohio. He was born in Steubenville, Ohio on October 28, 1934 a son of the late Michael J. and Wilda Hyatt Weber. He was a former member of Harmony U.M. Church, Mingo Jct., attended Mingo High School and was retired from the sheet mill at Weirton Steel Co. after 42 years of service. Michael Don was a former captain for Mingo Fire Dept. and served in Marine Reserves. Surviving are two daughters Bobbi Jean Weber of Mingo Jct. and Michelle (William Paul III) Estep of Moundsville, WV; his wife Ruth E. Carothers Weber of Stratton, OH; one brother David Weber of Oakridge, NJ and one sister Barbara (William) Brettell of Mingo Jct. He is the grandfather of Jacob, Rhain, Trent and Madison and the uncle of Kathleen, Robin, Mary Ann and Lisa. Friends may call at Hoff-Shorac Funeral home, 235 Clifton Ave., Mingo Jct., Ohio on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., where services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday with Rev. Marvin Schooler officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben, Wintersville, Ohio.
