Penny Hutchings, 55, of Steubenville, Ohio died Sunday, March 11, 2007 at Trinity West ER. She was born May 18, 1951 in Euclid, OH a daughter of the late Fr. Frank W. and Helen Cutler Hutchings. Surviving are her sister Debbie Hoppel of Wintersville, OH and two nieces Zemfira and Sabina Hoppel. Friends may call at St. Stephens Episcopal Church, Lovers Lane on Wednesday from 6:30 p.m. until the time of the celebration of life service at 7 p.m. with Rev. Dave Sperry officiating. Friends are invited to join the family in St Stephens social hall immediately following the services.
