Vincent J. Ryan 69 of Wintersville, Ohio died January 1, 2005 at Weirton Medical Center. He was born in Plain Township, Ohio on March 11, 1935 a son of the late Finley and Dorothy Smith Ryan. He was a retired computer repairman for G.T.E. and an Army veteran of VietNam. Preceded in death by one brother John. Vincent is survived by his wife Anita Ryan; sons Vincent (Johanna) III and William (Daniela) both of Empire, Ohio and Kevin (Britta) of Germany; brothers Finley (Marilyn) of Worthington, Ohio and Jim (Norma) of Wintersville; sisters Elsie (Richard) Shortland of Harlem Springs and Ellen (Richard) Dinger of Augusta, Georgia; 10 grandchildren and 3 great. At the family’s request, services will be private.
