Betty A. Jones, 85, of Wintersville, Ohio, formerly of Weirton, WV, died Tuesday, May 8, 2007 at Sunnyslope Nursing Home, Bowerston, OH. She was born August 30, 1921 in Morgantown, WV a daughter of the late Santford C. and Tanna P. Stevens Lewis. She was a member of Jewett U.M. Church. Preceding Betty in death were her husband Raymond B. Jones in 1990; and her sister Evaline DeHarpart. Betty is survived by her son Randy B. (Peggy) Jones with whom she resided; one granddaughter; two great granddaughters; one niece and four nephews. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home in Wintersville on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m., where services will be held at 12 noon Thursday with Rev. Hester Hudson officiating. Burial at New Cumberland Cemetery.
