Charles Richard “D.B.” Blair, 79, of Wintersville, Ohio died Friday, August 24, 2007 at Presbyterian Hospital. He was born August 13, 1928 in Crafton, PA a son of the late William A. and Flossie Williams Blair. He was a retired store manager for Kaufmann’s Department Stores. D.B. served in the Army during the Korean War and was a member of American Legion Post 557. Preceding D.B. in death were his daughter Molly Bailey; two brothers and two sisters. Surviving are his daughter Karen (William) Bitters of Moon Township, PA; four grandchildren William Bitters, Jr., Jennifer Hart, Rebecca Yates & Kayla Bailey; and two great granddaughters Ally & Abby Hart. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Wednesday from 9 a.m. until time of services at 11 a.m. with Msgr. Gerald Calovini officiating. Burial at Holy Souls Cemetery.
