Frederick "Fred" Kaiserling              Date of Death: September 11, 2007

Frederick “Fred” Kaiserling, 79, of Wintersville, OH died Tuesday, September 11, 2007 at Valley Hospice Palliative Care. He was born February 20, 1928 in Steubenville, OH a son of the late Harry and Marie Gilmore Kaiserling. Fred retired as a captain from the Milwaukee Fire Department. He was a WWII Navy veteran and a former member of St. Paul’s Episcopal Church, Steubenville, OH. Preceding Fred in death were his 1st wife Mary Anne Meyer; brothers Robert and Harry Kaiserling and sisters Marie Maley and Betty Mae Kenny. Surviving are his wife Kathern J. “Katie” McClain Durbin Kaiserling; three sons William “Bill” (Jean) Kaiserling of Wauwatosa, WI, Robert Kaiserling of Milwaukee, WI and Scott (Debbie) Kaiserling of West Allis, WI; daughter Linda Hilger of Milwaukee, WI; two sisters Patty (Paul) Yates of Mingo Junction, OH and Anna Mary Bennett of Hopedale, OH; step children Don (Beth) Durbin of Steubenville, OH, Joe (Jane) Durbin of Springfield, OH and Joy (Joe) Molinaro of Steubenville, OH; five grandchildren; six step grandchildren; two great grandchildren and five step great grandchildren. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville Friday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Jason Elliott officiating. Burial at Fort Steuben.
