Henry E. Giannamore                                 Date of Death: August 8, 2007

Henry E. Giannamore, 86, of Steubenville, Ohio died Wednesday, August 8, 2007 at Trinity West. He was born in Steubenville on June 28, 1921, a son of the late Frank and Gentilina Berarducci Giannamore. Henry was a member of St. Pius X Catholic Church and retired in 1982 from Weirton Steel blast furnace after 40 years of service. Preceding Henry in death were his wife Della DiSabatino Giannamore, whom he married April 22, 1946 and she died on September 26, 2004; and two sisters Eleanor Bonfiglio and Colleen Taglieri. Henry is survived by his children John of Witchita, Kansas, Paul and his wife Kathy of Toronto, Ohio and Carol Ann and her husband James Donahue of Aurora, Colorado; grandchildren Gina and Marcus Giannamore and Robin and James Donahue III; three great grandchildren; brother Egidio “Red” (Carmella) Giannamore of Steubenville; half-sister Gentilina Golembeski & half-brother Frank Giannamore both of Chicago. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home in Wintersville Friday from 4-8 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Pius Church with Rev. Leonard Cencula officiating. Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery. Vigil service 4:30 p.m. Friday. Memorials may be directed to St. Pius Church
