Cora M. Kirk

Cora M. Kirk, 94, of Walnut Creek, Ohio; formerly of Wintersville, Ohio died Tuesday, July 12, 2016 at Walnut Hills. She was born January 5, 1922 in Steubenville a daughter of the late George E. & Mary Glasow Fisher. She was a member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church. Preceding Cora in death were her husband John E. Kirk; son John G. Kirk; sister Marjorie Fraser; and six brothers Kenneth, Robert, Fred, Donald, Clyde & Ben Fisher.

Cora is survived by her children James H. (Sharon) Kirk of Fort Worth, TX, Susan J. (Donald) Weimer of Big Prairie, OH & Bonnie (Howard) Mellendorf of Lebanon, OH; 12 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; 1 great great grandchild and daughter-in-law Norma Kirk of Long Lane, MO.

Friends may call  at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, OH on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of services at 11:30 a.m. with Rev. Fr. Philip Van Dam officiating. Entombment at Fort Steuben.
