Richard L. "Rick" Baker

Richard L. “Rick” Baker, 70, of Steubenville passed away Monday, December 11, 2017 at Valley Hospice Care Center.  He was born in Clarion, PA on December 23, 1946 a son of the late Bernard M. and Phyllis K. Schrekengost Baker.  Rick was a U.S Army veteran serving in Vietnam and attended Word of Life Fellowship Assembly of God Church, Steubenville.  He was currently a sales rep. for Franklin Flood L.L.C.  He is survived by his wife Donna Baker; daughter Tina Baker; son Scott Baker; step daughters Wendy (Brian) Lesnansky, Susan (Von) Kurty, Jenny (Dave) McBane and Tera Bertovich; step sons Chad (Angie) Shell, Mark Shell and Jamie Gretta; brothers Bernie, Gary and Ted Baker; sisters Melissa Baker and her husband John Davis, Teresa (Gary) Clement and Rebecca (John) Baytos; 14 grandchildren.  Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville, OH on Thursday from 4-7p.m and also on Friday, December 15, 2017 at Word of Life Fellowship Assembly of God Church, 565 Lovers Lane, Steubenville from 10:30a.m. until time of services at 11a.m. with Pastor Dave Shores officiating.  Burial at Union Cemetery.  Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad will conduct graveside honors.
