Hi mom, i know where u are is way better than where i am so im just gonna let u know that i think about you everyday. I miss taking you shopping and helping you. I miss stopping at wendys and getting cheese frys cause i know you love them. Just sitting on the back porch doing nothing was allways the best. I really miss your rice pudding ,i still make your macaroni salad just like u taught me . Just wanted to let you know when u left a piece of me went with you. Sending hugs and love mom your daughter Bethany

I'll remember our hugs, how you tried to get me to east egg sandwiches which never turned out so swell. You were a great "mam". I know you hated being called "that other phrase" so out of respect for you we'll just keep that on the hush. It was an honor to drive home to see your beautiful face and spending a few hours with you during my stay home before having to drive back to Texas. The family is always going to have their different views, respectfully. My view is that you raised 10 kids and what an incredible legacy you left behind. Leaders shake things up and leaders are always faced with people not liking them. This is life, natural and simply to be expected. How you and Pap did it is beyond me but that example you both left for your children is one I'll never forget. I'll remember you for as long as I live and look forward to seeing you again in the spiritual realm. You are a warrior, loved and left behind a massive family that all will remember you. I've got your 6 Ma'am. It is a saying we as Soldiers have which means I've got your back, whether that means watching out for your loved ones. It is an honor to be your grandson. I love you.

I love you no matter where your soul has gone you will always be in my heart. You always made me the best egg and cheese sammiches. Those Saturdays I would come over to talk to pap about my game the night before. You always made me breakfast. I really miss those days. Atleast you are both together again. I pray you are happy now.
