Albert D. Ralston

Albert D. “Al” Ralston, 76, of Steubenville, OH died Monday, November 30, 2009 at Trinity West.  He was born February 3, 1933 in Wheeling, WV the son of the late Wesley & Blanche Barton Ralston. He was a retired millwright from Wheeling-Pittsburgh Steel Corp. and an Army veteran of the Korean War. Al was a booster of Steubenville High School. He was preceded in death by his wife Joann Barrett Ralston.

Al is survived by his son Randy (Renee) Ralston of Steubenville; daughter Sandy (Scott) Deel of St. Clairsville; grandson Randy Ralston and granddaughter Terri (R.J.) Faldowski.

Friends may call at Shorac Funeral Home (the former McClave Funeral Home), 611 N. Fourth Street on Wednesday from 5-8 p.m. where services will be held  10 a.m. Thursday with Rev. Laurie Armstrong officiating. Burial at Oakland Cemetery, Mingo Junction, Ohio where Ohio Valley Veterans Memorial Squad will perform military honors.
