Barbara T. Froehlich

Barbara T. Froehlich, 80, of Wintersville, Ohio died Sunday, November 29, 2009 at Valley Hospice North. She was born June 27, 1929 in Pittsburgh, PA a daughter of the late Alfred B. & Barbara Raab Dieterle. She was a member of Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Church and had worked at Catholic Central High School cafeteria from 1977-1988 and Froehlich’s Classic Corner. Preceding Barbara in death were her husband Francis O. Froehlich, whom she married on April 22, 1950 and he died on April 10, 1993; son Timothy; granddaughter Jessica Marie Froehlich; one sister & two brothers.

Barbara is survived by her children Susan (Carl) Arlotta of Steubenville, Gregory (Debbie) Froehlich of Wintersville, Matthew (Susie) Froehlich of Reynoldsburg, OH, Laura Froehlich of Wintersville & Patricia (Chuck) Hammerle of Columbus, OH; eleven grandchildren; several great grandchildren; two brothers Donald & Robert Dieterle both of Pittsburgh.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home in Wintersville on Tuesday 3-5 & 7-9 p.m. Funeral liturgy with mass 11 a.m. Wednesday at Our Lady of Lourdes with Msgr. Kurt Kemo officiating. Committal services 3:30 p.m. Wednesday at Assumption Cemetery, Barnesville, OH

Vigil services 4:45 p.m. Tuesday.
