Name Dorothy E. VanDyne

Dorothy E. VanDyne, 87, of Steubenville died Thursday, March 27, 2008  at her residence.

She was born November 18, 1920 in Oldbury, England the daughter of the late James and Amy Hollyhead Allen, Sr. Preceding Dorothy in death were her husband James S. VanDyne and brother James Allen, Jr. She had attended First Westminster Church.

Dorothy is survived by her son James (Mary Joy) VanDyne of Steubenville; granddaughter Karen (William) VanDyne LaGard of Oakdale, PA; great granddaughter Eva LaGard; special friends and their families Bill Mackinaw, Rita & Dave Wigal and Sharon Larkins all of Steubenville.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home Saturday from 11 a.m. until the time of services at noon with Rev. Jerry Bayliss officiating. Burial at Union Cemetery.
