James E. Neil

James E. Neil, 70, of Steubenville died March 13, 2010. He was born August 13, 1939 in Steubenville, a son of the late James E. and Margaret McMahon Neil. James was a cook at the former Sam Davis Tavern. Preceding James in death were a brother John W. Neil; infant sister and stepmother Mary Bonar Neil.

Surviving are his brother Frank (JoAnn) Neil of Wintersville, two sisters Delores Hatcher of Pinellas Park, FL and Jerilyn Moors of Largo, FL; numerous nieces and nephews; and companion Evelyn D’Albenzio of Steubenville.

Memorial services 6 p.m. Thursday, July 1 at Wintersville U.M. Church with Rev. Clint Quillen officiating.
