Milton B. Recht

Milton B. Recht, 80, of Boynton Beach, FL; formerly of Weirton, WV, died Sunday, December 21, 2008 at Bethesda Hospital in Boynton Beach. He was born January 1, 1928 in Aliquippa, PA a son of the late Philip and Sarah Recht. Milton was the retired owner of Mickey’s Market in Weirton and member of Temple Beth Israel. Preceding Milton in death was his first wife Lois Rosenthal Recht. Surviving are his wife Wanda; son Jerry (Lisa) Recht of Atlanta, GA; daughter Karen Recht of Pittsburgh;  four grandchildren; brother Eddie (Minnie) Recht of Cherry Hill, NJ; and sister Elaine (Stuart) Jaffy of Columbus, OH. Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Road, Wintersville, OH on Tuesday from 1p.m. until time of service at 2p.m. with Rabbi Beth Lynn Jacowitz-Chottiner officiating.  Burial at B’Nai Israel Cemetery, Steubenville.  Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of donor’s choice.
