Tammy Jo Povich

Tammy Jo Povich, 50, of Wintersville, Ohio died Tuesday, September 1, 2009.  She was born May 6, 1959 in Steubenville, Ohio.  Tammy was a wonderful mother and grandmother.  Preceding Tammy in death was her father Robert L. Spring, Sr.  Surviving are her husband Richard A. Povich; children Melissa (Bill) Tipton and Ricky Povich; five grandchildren Mazzie, Robert, Zoe, Maria and Sierra Tipton; mother M. JoAnn Banal and four brothers Ronald L. Spring, Robert L. (Pam) Spring, Jr. Richard L. (Joy) Spring and Jeffrey M. Spring.  Friends may call at Union Cemetery Chapel on Friday from 2:30 until the time of service at 3 p.m.
