William A. "Art" Moran

William A. “Art” Moran, 93, of Steubenville, Ohio died Saturday, June 21, 2008 at Valley Hospice Care Center North.  He was born November 9, 1914 in Steubenville, Ohio a son of the late Jefferson and Ida P. Shreeve Moran.  Art was preceded in death by his wife Audrey VanDine Moran; daughter Audrey Jane Moran; brother Jefferson A. Moran and sister Ethel Williams.   Art retired from Weirton Steel and was WW II Army Veteran.  He was a member of Finley United Methodist Church.  Surviving are his sister Jennifer Antill of Steubenville, OH; brother Herbert (Helen) Moran of Mingo Junction, OH; brother-in-law Eugene VanDine of Steubenville, OH and ten nephews and nieces.  Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, Wintersville Tuesday 7-9 p.m. and at Finley United Methodist Church on Wednesday from 12:30 p.m. until the time of service at 1:30 p.m. with Rev. P. Douglas George officiating.  Burial at Union Cemetery.
