Beverly Tkalcevic

Beverly Tkalcevic, 70, passed away on Friday, Feb. 19, 2010, in Tulsa, Oklahoma.  Born in McKees Rock, Pennsylvania on March 14th, 1939, to William and Louise (Hale) Adler.  Beverly received her education in her birth community. Beverly and Robert Wayne Glazier married and were blessed with six children.  On Sept. 5, 1980, Beverly married Steve Tkalcevic in a ceremony in Steubenville, Ohio. The couple made their home in Steubenville through the years. When Mr. Tkalcevic retired they enjoyed time spent traveling across the country. In November of 2009 they traveled to Oklahoma to visit family for Thanksgiving and decided to stay.  Beverly loved life and had a wonderful sense of humor. She will be missed by those who survive. They include her husband, Steve Tkalcevic of the home; her children, Carrie Jean Mendez of Charlotte, North Carolina, Robert Wayne Glazier of Talala, Oklahoma, Sarah Lou Glazier, also of Charlotte, Wendy Sue Martin of W. Palm Beach, Florida, and Lawrence Jay Glazier of Olive Branch, Mississippi; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother Robert Adler of Coraopolis, Pennsylvania; and her half sister and brother, Susan DeVeries and William Adler, Jr., of Australia.  Friends may call at St. Stephen's Episcopal Church in Steubenville on Friday from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 9:30 a.m.  Entombment at Ft. Steuben.
