Dail E. McCoy, 60, of Steubenville, Ohio died Saturday, October 10, 2009. Preceding Dail in death was his wife Freda S. Lemley McCoy. Surviving are three sons Timothy, Tommy and Dale McCoy and two daughters Kimberly Bonecutter and Heather McCoy-Ozer.
