Diana L. Barr
Diana L. Barr, 59, of Steubenville, Ohio died Thursday, February 25, 2010 at Trinity West. She was born October 29, 1950 a daughter of the late Arthur and Florence Emerick Chipps. Preceding Diana in death were her sister Katrina Kuhns. Surviving are her son Alex Barr of Steubenville, OH; two brothers James and Robert Chipps; two sisters Roseanna Therminy and Tammy Chipps. There will be no visitation. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
