Florine D. Pinevich

Florine D. Pinevich, 88, of Steubenville, OH died Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at Trinity West.  She was born October 26, 1919 in Crown Hill, WV a daughter of the late Emilio and Francesca Pirillio Giovannone.  Florine was a member of the former Holy Rosary Catholic Church, CWC and St. Francis Society.  Preceding Florine in death were her husband Anthony L. Pinevich; son Anthony R. Giovannone; four brothers Joe, John, Paul and Anthony “Chatta” Giovannone and three sisters Mary “Annie” Morgan, Rose Kirlangitis and Jessie Giovannone.  Surviving are her daughter-in-law Margaret “Meg” Giovannone of Santa Clarita, CA; two grandsons Adrian (Joan) Giovannone of Santa Barbara and Dion Giovannone of Santa Clarita and brother Dominic “Johnnie Decker“ Giovannone of San Clemente, CA.  Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Sunday 4-7 p.m.  Funeral Liturgy with mass will be celebrated  10 a.m. Monday at Holy Rosary Church with Rev. Thomas R. Nau and Rev. Jack McCoy officiating.  Entombment at Mt. Calvary.

Vigil  6:45  p.m. Sunday
