Gladys Davison

Gladys Edwards Davison, 103, of Steubenville, Ohio died Monday, March 31, 2008 at Valley Hospice North. She was born April 21, 1904 in Steubenville a daughter of the late Charles H. and Anna M. Saulter Edwards. She was a member of Sycamore Tree U.M. Church; Y.W.C.A.; Big Red Boosters; Jefferson County Genealogical Society and Farm Bureau. In 1969, Gladys retired as office manager for the former Hub of Steubenville after 47 years of service. Preceding Gladys in death were her loving husband of 64 years, Charles H. Davison on March 3, 2000; sister Mildred Scott; and brothers Leroy & William Edwards.

Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 9, 2008 2-4 & 7-9 p.m.; where services will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday, April 10, 2008 with Pastor Jeff Bailie, her nephew, officiating. Entombment at Fort Steuben.
