James H. Mills, M.D.

James H. Mills, M.D., 57, of Bergholz, Ohio died Tuesday, February 2, 2010 at Trinity West.  He was born October 20, 1952 in Steubenville, Ohio.  He was a member of Church of The Cross in East Springfield, OH; Ohio Archaeological Society; NRA and Unionport Masonic Lodge #333.  Dr. Mills was an ER physician at Trinity West, currently serving as Jefferson County Coroner and was a former Salem Township Trustee.  Preceding Dr. Mills in death was his father Glenn L. Mills.  Surviving are his wife Penny L. Fithen Mills; five children William G. Mills of Richmond, OH, Sarah E. (Jason) Ensinger of Toronto, OH, James H. Mills, Jr. of Richmond, OH, Erin (Jason) Alloggia of East Springfield, OH and Gary F. Yingst of San Diego, CA; mother Carma L. Gregor Mills of East Springfield, OH; four sisters Lynda (Tom) Petty of Columbus, OH, Nancy (Ron) Smyth of East Springfield, OH, Carma (Paul) Clarke of Mineral City, OH and Mary (Chuck) Price of Richmond, OH; brother Glenn (Kelly) Mills of Columbus, OH and many nieces and nephews.  Friends may call at Dunlope-Shorac Funeral Home, 215 Fernwood Rd., Wintersville on Thursday 1 – 4 & 6 – 9 p.m. and on Friday at Church of The Cross in East Springfield, OH from noon until the time of service at 1 p.m. with Rev. Thomas Snodgrass officiating. Burial at East Springfield Cemetery.  Masonic Service Thursday 6:30 p.m.
