Theresa C. Sarlo

Theresa C. “Gram” Sarlo, 93, of Steubenville, OH died Tuesday, October 5, 2010 at Carriage Inn of Steubenville.  She was born on January 13, 1917 in Steubenville, OH a daughter of the late Frank and Dorothy Trepanoski.  Preceding Theresa in death were her husband Thomas Sarlo; two daughters Ruth Ann and Dorothy “Dolly”; three sisters and a brother.  She was Catholic by faith and a homemaker.  Surviving are her children Patricia Blackburn of Steubenville, OH, Nicholas Sarlo of Las Vegas, NV, Thomas Sarlo of Mingo Junction, OH and John “Yuma” Sarlo of Steubenville, OH; several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and a son-in-law Edmond Stachyra of Steubenville, OH.  Friends may call at Shorac Funeral Home (formerly McClave’s Funeral Home) 611 North 4th Street, Steubenville on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 12:30 p.m. with Fr. Mark Moore officiating.  Burial at Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
