So sorry to hear of Mrs Hellocks passing. She was my first boss ever as a nurse. My first job was with her on the Peds floor at OVH. She was such a classy lady. Very professional, kind and loving. She was a great nurse and a wonderful example for me as a new nurse and others that she came in contact with. She touched many lives of children and also myself. My condolences.

Imogene and John were so impressive when they came to visit in Oklahoma so long ago. They were our contact point with dad's family. Well mostly Imogene was, John was not the talker. Mike and I so much enjoyed talking to her each Christmas. We would panic about time zones, afraid we might wake her. But she always was there, always so up beat, no matter her situation. A great lady, who we love and will miss.

SAD TO THINK THAT MRS. HELLOCK HAS GONE. I REMEMBER HER WALKING THROUGH THE PEDS WARD ALL TALL AND STATUESQUE WITH HER CLIP BOARD. I KNEW IF SHE WAS THERE MY CHILDREN WOULD BE OKAY.
